NEW LABORATORY DRUM CAVITY, HAVING THE DIMENSIONS OF 1000 MM x 400 MM

We present this new concept of drum specially for the manufacture of double face, since it will permit us to obtain high temperatures and maintain them constantly. It is also ideal for the manufacture of nappa sheep, because bof its precise control at lower temperatures.

The whole drum including stand is constructed of AISI-316 quality stainless steel which is resistant to acids.

The drum itself is constructed with a double wall where the water, which is preheated by resistance, circulates by means of a pump in between the cavity of the drum maintaining the temperature without having any contact with the liquid inside the drum.

On the electric panel there is automatic or manual control of the drum, rotating in whichever direction is desired plus temperature control, and time programme for the drum.

The speed of the drum varies from 6rpm to 30 rpm.

There is a funnel on the rifht hand side of the drum to facilitate the introduction of the different liquids during the process without having to stop the drum, it also has a transparent metacrilate side, to visualise the skins in the drum.

Three-way 220 or 380 volt current, with variable voltage depending on the needs of the particular country.

Motor power: 1,5 HP.

6.000 watt element.

Frequency converter to adjust speed from 6 to 30 revolutions per minute.

The machine is manufactured in three different versions:
1. The machine manufactured with protection gate but without the withdrawal of liquids. PHOTOGRAPH 1.
2. The machine manufactured with the withdrawal of liquids and the protection gate. PHOTOGRAPH 2.
