This machine is composed by double wall stainless steel furniture, and at the top there are some funnels in order to make possible the introduction of the liquids inside the drums. That means any interruption will happen during the drums cycle. In this part, there is also the control panel to allows the operator to start the functioning of the drums, the resistance's, temperatures control and all the switches to regulate the speed of the drums. The speed range is from a minimum of 7 r.p.m to a maximum of 45 r.p.m, and it can be regulated in an independent way for each drum.

In front of the machine it exists an electrical device which acts like a security measure.

The stainless steel drum are completely smooth inside, so there is not any other obstacle than the necessary bars, and in the frontal part with securit glass resistant to the temperature, and totally transparent in order to can observe the cycle of the bath elaboration.

The drums are manufacturated of Aisi 316 stainless steel with a double wall throughout the drum and also in the bottom of the drum, which enables us to work in a small quantity of bath. Thus, there is a room where the water, which has been pre-heated by means of a resistance, circulates, always with the desired temperature and with any contact with the internal bath. This system has a high precision in the regulation of the temperature, and in the case that was necessary to increase the temperature, it could be done up to 70 centigrade degrees or even more.
