LABORATORY EXPERIMENTAL DRUM SÍMPLEX-2 – SÍMPLEX-4, 300 MM DIAMETER x 150MM WIDTH, FOR DYEING AND TANNING OF SKINS

The whole casing is made from double walled stainless steel, quality AISI-316, with polyurethane foam in between these walls, with transparent doors on rails to facilitate opening and closing, and the funnels are placed adove to feed each individual drum, together with the control panel.

The temperature is detected from the enclosed cabinet to a regulator which con be preset to the desired temperature.

Each drum functions independently. The inside of each is smooth with the desired pegs to facilitate drumming and reproducibility, especially in colour for bulk production; the fronts of the drums are transparent to facilitate viewing of the skins being processed. The heating system is electric with "anti-humidity" ceramic heaters which are placed on the outside behind the drum, so as to have a gradual and constant temperature control.

The machine can be supplied with either 2 or 4 drums.
